Replacement, return, and warranty
Period: The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product within (7) business days from the date of receipt.
Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with any accessories and gifts included.

Damage or Defect: If the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not conform to specifications, the store will bear the shipping costs.
Change of Mind: If the reason is "change of mind" or "no longer needed," the customer will bear the shipping fees.
• Exceptions: Personal care products, cosmetics, underwear, and digital products of all types and forms, especially those with activation codes, and electronic products that require activation (such as phones) cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened or they have been activated.

It is recommended to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. Any complaint regarding a manufacturing defect must be submitted within 48 hours.
The right to return is immediately forfeited if there are signs of use on the product or if the labels have been removed. Part of a set or kit cannot be returned unless the defect is specific to the returned item.
• Refund: Refund amounts will be transferred to the customer's bank account within 7-14 business days.
• Warranty /
Manufacturer's Warranty: Electrical and electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the product manual.
Warranty Services: Please contact the relevant brand's service center directly.
Our Responsibility: We are a commercial intermediary, and the legal responsibility for the quality of repairs lies with the authorized dealer. However, we may offer an additional warranty on select products.

The original product box and all accessories must be retained (essential requirement).
The original invoice is the only document validating the warranty.
The warranty applies to the first purchaser only.
The warranty covers manufacturing (functional) defects and does not cover scratches or cosmetic alterations.
The warranty is void in cases of misuse, exposure to liquids, or repairs performed outside of authorized dealer centers. • Repair costs and period: The customer bears the shipping cost to the maintenance center (unless the agent specifies otherwise), and the service center is bound by the time periods specified in the Ministry of Commerce regulations (14 working days).
